Visit our campsite in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez
Camping Ushuaïa Villages la Conge is pleasantly located halfway between Saint-Jean-de-Monts and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie,
- 900 m from La Pège beach, with lifeguard surveillance in July and August,
- 50 meters from the forest,
- 2 kilometers from stores, a pharmacy, a bakery, shops, a newsstand, a supermarket, and markets.
- 800 meters from a convenience store and a bar/restaurant/crêperie/pizzeria/takeout spot.
The campsite is easily accessible from :
- at the foot of the Vélodyssée cycle path,
- 550 meters from the La Littorale bus line,
- 5 kilometers from Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez train station,
- 78 kilometers from Nantes Atlantiqueairport.
Arrival and departure times
The campsite is open from :
- April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, for mobile home owners
- May 13, 2026, through September 13, 2026, for rentals,
- June 20, 2026, through August 31, 2026, and during the Ascension weekend and Pentecost weekend for campsites.
Reception is open :
- During peak season (July 4 through August 31), from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and then from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- In the off-season, reception opening days and times may vary, but telephone reception is available.
At reception you will find :
- A tourist information point, map, tide tables, various brochures…
- Ice cream sticks, cones and sorbets (in July and August),
- Tokens and detergent for the laundry.
Tips for preparing your stay in Vendée
To make the most of your stay, be sure to plan your itinerary! For a great camping vacation in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, be sure to bring:
- Your stay voucher
- Tanning cream, bathing suit, beach towels, bucket, shovel.
- Sneakers for sports or hiking in the forest or on trails.
If you have rented a mobile home or ecolodge tent, please bring :
- The 2 deposits (a €200 deposit, then a €70 deposit): cash, bank cheque or CB imprint accepted.
- Bath towels, sheets and/or duvet covers, pillowcases (bed linens can be rented if reserved in advance); please bring your own bath and household linens, as well as your cleaning, hygiene, and beauty products.
If you have rented a campsite, don’t forget to bring :
- A €20 deposit is required if you have a vehicle to access the entrance gate.
- An extension cord at least 20 meters long, sleeping bags, your bath towels, and toiletries and beauty products.
If you have rented a Trapper Lodge backpacker tent, please bring :
- A €20 deposit is required if you have a vehicle to access the entrance gate.
- Your towels, hygiene and beauty products.
FLEXIBILITY for arrival and departure days: FREE arrival and departure days in May, June and September! Take advantage of a “Vendée break” of 2 – 3 – 5 – 7 – 10 days and come and see us whenever you like 🙂
