Ushuaïa Villages La Conge, a family-friendly campground in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, does everything it can to ensure your stay in the Vendée is hassle-free and enjoyable. A welcoming reception desk, bike rentals, food trucks, free equipment rentals… All the essential services are here so you can fully enjoy your family vacation, stress-free.
The front desk welcomes you
Our campsite in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez is open from :
- April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, for mobile home owners;
- May 13, 2026, through September 13, 2026, for rentals;
- June 20, 2026, through August 31, 2026, for camping sites, as well as during the Ascension and Pentecost weekends.
Reception is open :
- During peak season (July 4 through August 31), from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and then from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
- In the off-season, reception opening days and times may vary, but telephone reception is available.
At reception you will find :
- A tourist information desk, map, tide tables, various brochures…; promotional rates from local partners
- Popsicles, cones (in July and August only);
- Tokens and detergent for the laundry.

Laundry
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the sanitary block. Tokens are on sale at the campsite reception.

Right next to the two machines, there are also laundry bins for washing your clothes by hand.
Baguette dispenser
A baguette vending machine is available, 100 meters to the left as you leave the campsite. Perfect for starting the day with a good breakfast on the terrace!

Do you need bicycles during your stay in St-Hilaire-de-Riez?
We have two bike rental partners that offer a wide selection of bikes and other equipment: Cycl’Évasion in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez and Cycl’Hop in Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
Between mountain bikes, junior bikes, tandems, electric bikes, rosalies, electric scooters, etc., you’ll find what you’re looking for!
Our partners also offer delivery directly to the Camping Ushuaïa Villages La Conge campground. And thanks to the many bike paths around the campground—including the Vélodyssée, which runs right past it—you can set out to explore the region: with forests, the coastline, marshes, beaches, and charming Vendée villages, there’s no shortage of places to ride! It’s the perfect opportunity to combine business with pleasure and practice responsible tourism at our eco-conscious campground in the Vendée.

Eating out in Vendée, our food trucks in summer
During the high season (July and August), you can eat on site 3 times a week, thanks to the Food Trucks positioned at the campsite entrance.
This summer (2026), check out:
- Every Tuesday evening, at Zaatar: Jean-Christophe and his son invite you to discover cuisine that showcases the spices and traditional recipes of the Middle East. A delicious, friendly, and exotic experience!
- On Friday evenings, it’s time for Pizza Factory: Guillaume’s artisanal pizzas, made with quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven, with a wide selection available for takeout!
- Every Sunday at lunchtime, it’s “Mamie Moules ”: Théo and Louane will treat you to heartfelt recipes made with local ingredients—a local cuisine that brings people together, warms the heart, and puts a smile on your face. On the menu: mussels prepared in a variety of ways, served with homemade fries. You can also opt for Vendée ham with fries—an alternative that’s always a hit!
You’ll also find a variety of dining options within a 2-km walk from the campground.
